I began my commitment to superior customer service when I purchased my first van in 1992 and started Grande Aire Services. We now have over 40 trucks on the road, and my commitment remains strong.

We are leaving for Illinois in two days. We are very pleased that after almost two years of problems it seems that Grande Aire Services has finally solved the problem.
We want to let you know that we have been very pleased with your organization. The ladies on the phone are pleasant and helpful. Jay and his crew have been outstanding. They have been working hard until 7:30 p.m. on more than one occasion. They also have been very pleasant. You can be very proud of the organization you have developed.

Dear Mr. Miller, We would like to take this opportunity to commend you on the professionalism with which your staff operates. Last year we had a system installed and we were less than pleased. We contacted your company among others and met with Joe Tvaroch. We sat with him on several occasions and were impressed with his command of the products you sell. In addition to product information, he showed us photos of various installations.
In addition to Joe, we met several other of your employees from the sheet metal workers to, of course, the actual installers. To a man they were all well presented in their appearance and in the manor in which they each performed their job. They were polite and respectful of our property. When it came time for the county inspection, even he was impressed by and commented on the quality of the installation.
The end result is a beautifully installed Trane 16i air conditioning system with "state of the art" thermostat. The first time I activated the unit I thought there was a problem as I could not hear any noise from the air handler. The proof, however, was in the thermostat as the temperature and humidity began to drop.
It indeed has been a pleasure doing business with your staff.
