Maintenance Contract
Includes two maintenances plus ten percent discount for additional parts and labor for air conditioning service as needed. |

Labor Contract
Includes two maintenances plus additional labor at no charge for air conditioning services
as needed. |

Residential Full
Air Conditioning Contract
Includes two maintenances plus additional parts* and labor at no charge for air conditioning service as needed.

Maintenance will include:
- Change or clean air filter*
- Spot paint rust as needed
- Vacuum condensate lines
- Clean drain pan
- Add control tablets to drain pan to keep system clean and clear
- Check electrical connections
- Check thermostat... recalibrate if needed
- Clean accessible coils
- Refrigerant check of operations
- Pressures
- Measure amperage draw
- Wax condensing unit
- Check blower wheel**
- Check and lubricate motors
- Test run the heat
- Check fan belts
* Specialty filters will be billable at time of replacement
**Blower wheel cleaning is not included as part of routine maintenance
